Zhongxing Automobile Co., Ltd, since founding in 1999, has made swift progress in product development, production ability, marketing networks, overseas market, etc. To meet the demand of development, in April of 2006, Zhongxing Automobile Co., Ltd and Changling Group Co., Ltd signed a cooperative agreement, jointly invested a total amount of RMB 630 million Yuan, and set up a complete vehicle production enterprise with an annual production of 20000 vehicles per shift.

Welding Workshop
The main welding line in the welding workshop is equipped with 41 integral suspension spot welding machines, adopts domestically advanced KPK trail and realizes fully electric automatic control with production of 40 vehicles per shift.

Painting Workshop
The painting workshop is equipped with the advanced production equipment from American GRACO Inc.  Cathode electro-priming is adopted for vehicle body painting, and the index for salt spray test exceeds 1000 hours (the international standard is 720 hours). The workshop has the production ability of phosphating, electrophoreses, gluing and painting, pretreatment of plastic and steel parts, and automatic painting for annual production 30000 vehicles.

Final Assembly Workshop
The final assembly workshop employs modern mixed vehicle production line, complete vehicle test line and shower test room of first-class in China, and is able to produce pickups and SUV of different types with annual design production of 20000 vehicles. The entire production line adopts microcomputer control system so that all the production beats and operations are controlled and monitored by a computerized console.
