In late October 2009, ZX Auto launched in Brunei its Customer Care campaign. ZX Auto sent engineers to supervise the on-site service activities and gifts to local customers in the manner of signifying the importance of the market, for ZX Auto has the largest car park among the Chinese brands.
Local dealership praised that the campaign had two layers of importance. Customer confidence in ZX Auto product enhances greatly for the demonstration of its extraordinary tech. force and international service assurance; dealer confidence for higher sales account also reinforces. The dealership also expressed its sincere wish that ZX Auto’s overall sales performance break new records in the year of 2010.
During the campaign, ZX Auto crew also paid a visit to China Economic and Commercial Office in Brunei. Officials appraised affirmatively ZX Auto’s ventures in Brunei and wished greater achievements in 2010.
This event mirrors ZX Auto’s continued commitment in upbringing its international service capability to ever higher levels. Since 1998, the first export batches to Iraq, twelve years of international expansion has finally paid off in exchange for the auto maker’s own international brand image based on the running in full length of its service network in 59 countries and regions, facilitating after service better ever.
